Diet is an important aspect for success in your weight loss program. You need to look closer at the kind and amount of food you eat. It has to be a daily watch. As is the case for achieving success in any walk of life, consistency here brings long-term and lasting results. Shun away from high-calorie junk foods. Read labels on the food items. Avoid trans-fats, sugar and low fiber foodstuffs.

Dieting does not mean starving. It can actually be counter-productive. You need to eat right, on time and in moderation.

3. Regular Exercise
